Actually, as u know that if i re-install the MAX, it should be need to remove all relative program.
Therefore, i prefer not uninstall program as it wastes some time.
Anyway , if it is the unique solution, i will try to uninstall it.

Hi Steve,
In order to avoid reinstalling MAX, there are some other troubleshooting techniques that may help. This online knowledgebase [link removed; article no longer available] talks about receiving an Application Error with MAX. The suggestion is to install a new version of Internet Explorer. Although the error is not the exact same as in your application, it is worth trying but I cannot guarantee that the problem will be solved. The next step would be to look at this knowledgebase relating to the MAX database connection error. If none of these steps help solve the problem, you will probably have to revert to uninstalling and reinstalling MAX. Please let me know if this helps!
