MAX 4.3 error

Hi All

When i click the MAX each time, it will show this meaasge box. Refer the graph called "MAX error.jpg" in the attachment

What is the problem of this MAX version 4.3?? How to solve it

My guess is that you may have to try and do a re-install.

Did it ever work?  If so, have you uninstalled or installed some new software which may interact with MAX?

Actually, as u know that if i re-install the MAX, it should be need to remove all relative program.

Therefore, i prefer not uninstall program as it wastes some time.

Anyway , if it is the unique solution, i will try to uninstall it.

Hi Steve,

In order to avoid reinstalling MAX, there are some other troubleshooting techniques that may help.  This online knowledgebase talks about receiving an Application Error with MAX. The suggestion is to install a new version of Internet Explorer.  Although the error is not the exact same as in your application, it is worth trying but I cannot guarantee that the problem will be solved.  The next step would be to look at this knowledgebase relating to the MAX database connection error.  If none of these steps help solve the problem, you will probably have to revert to uninstalling and reinstalling MAX.  Please let me know if this helps!

You didn't answer my question about whether it ever worked, and if you have recently installed or uninstalled any software.
