MAX database connection is not consistant

I recently upgraded to Labview 8.5 and made Installer for MAX 4.3  and other drivers.
When trying to open devices, I get database connection error. This error is not consistent. I did not have to restart the computer and it does not happen every time, but this is not normal. I wonder if it is because MAX is installed from Installer. I checked firewall but it is not setup on this machine. I do not think that there is a database corruption because I can see the devices after several attempts to open the tab. How can I make sure that all service are working properly and that the Installer and Application are going to be reliable?

I would recommend trying to reinstall MAX especially if the error repeats. Can you give the exact text from the error or a screenshot?
 
Generally, installing MAX from a custom installer doesn't differ from installing it from NI discs, however the install may have become corrupt. Let me know if you continue to have this issue.
