MAX not showing "Devices and Interfaces" under My System (eval 30 day license)

I am currently trying to use the evaluation version of LabView 8.20 to test some hardware before buying the full version.  However, when I start up MAX, I do not see "Devices and Interfaces" under "My System".  All I see is Software.  This is preventing me from setting up my hardware devices (LAN connected Agilent E5810A).  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have any hardware drivers installed? The installation of just LabVIEW does not include any. You would have to install NI-VISA as a minimum since that is the API for isntrumentation. If it's not listed under the software, you can download the latest at http://digital.ni.com/softlib.nsf/websearch/648627A95130BA05862571BF005AD11E?opendocument&node=132060_US.

The original question was solved by the installation of the necessary hardware driver. What have you installed besides LabVIEW?
