MAX unexpected error occured during launch of MAX ver 4.8

Hello evryone,

I am using NI DAQ 9.3.0 and NI DMM 3.0.2. When i launch MAX it gives unknown error and when i use  daq or dmm functions in labview, these functions don't work.

log file is attached with this message. kindly help me with this
