MAX works but Labview doesn't! with MIO board

thanks for your reply, But I couldn't understand it completely, you mean I can use the existing hardware and software, but can't use DAQ assistant? So how can I take a measurement?

Look at your DAQ palette. Look in Help> Find Examples.
