New to labview,

 

created block diagram how do i move it to front panel

I think you are not understanding the concept. Think of an electrical control panel, with meters and knobs and switches on the front panel. Behind that front panel are the wires and other circuitry that is controlled by and feeds those switches and meters. This is what the front panel, diagram relationship in LabVIEW is similar to. If you have some LabVIEW code tell us what it is supposed to do, and ideally, post the code to this forum.

I know that feeling all too well.  Check out the tutorials I linked to above.  They should at least get you started.  If you run into problems, don't be afraid to ask us.  We're here to share ideas and help people learn.  And please give Kudos to helpful posts.
