MS Office Parameters

I use TestStand 3.0 and LabView 7.0.
I want to configure MS Office Parameters with TestStand ( Locals variables ) instead of directly with LabView.
Do someone have an example on how to do that?

I don't understand what you want to do.

What MS Office parameters do you want to configure? How are you doing this directly with LabVIEW at the moment?

Do you mean transferring data to an Office application?

Please specify to help us help you.

In the Report Generation Palette, I choose Append Report Text.VI. I have to configure the MS Office Parameters.
(For excel, Position and Name ) It's easy to change this parameters with LabView.

What I want to do is to create a step with TestStand. This step will call a VI with this function on it. I want to pass Position and Name via a locals variable of TestStand. I dont know what kind of variable to used to be conform with MS Office Parameters. MS Office Parameters is like a cluster. I tried to connectect the bunble function as Input and it didn't work.

OK, I found how to do that.
I was now able to bundle the cluster MS Office Parmeters and have individual value for TestStand.

Sorry for disturbing you
Thanks

Do not hijack the thread which is way more than 10 years old. Create a new thread with your question. Where exactly you got stuck up? Any error messages? Post your vi for more responses.

[Edit: Just noticed that you created a new thread. Let's continue there.
