i downloaded the driver (LabVIEW) for the multiplexer (MUX 3499B)but i do'nt know how i can define my connector in this programm und i do'nt understand what means "instrument Handle in" or "out" in this programm.
i would happy if somebody can help me.

Hi Samuel,

You should start by opening the ag3499x Path Operation Test.vi. In this VI, you need to specify the GPIB address of your instrument in the "resource name" control. Each control on the front panel has a description - press Ctrl-H for the context help and put your mouse over the control to see the description.

To use this driver, you also need to make sure that you have the IVI Compliance Package 2.x installed.
