MXi-3 card is not detecting

hello,

when i run mxi-3 optimization code, dialog box indicate that mxi ink is not proper. But, in PXI-MXI3 controller and pci-MXi controller, link led is glowing continousuly.total 3 led's are glowing continously named them as, power,link,Tx.plz provie the solution.

Hey Chandhuu,

When you're starting your MXI system, are you powering the PXI chassis first before starting your computer? Also, can you let us know which model your PC is? (For example Dell Precision 380).

When you start up your computer, do you get a message saying "New hardware detected"?

hello,

I am powering on the pxi system before the pc is switching on.After booting, "new hardware is detected" like that no message is displaying from microsift windows. but mxi-3 driver software is giving one dialog box i.e. mxi card is not detected.moreover, on pci-mxi card 4 leds are there. out of which 3 are glowing. that means mxi card is inserted properly.

My system configuration is like this,

intel pentium P4,3.2Ghz dual core processor, 512 MB ram.

try  2 provide the solution

Hey Chandhuu,

I found a great KB Article: MXI-3 and MXI-4 Troubleshooting Guide. It seems like they cover the issue you're mentioning exactly under problem 3. A good test would be to try another computer if possible, or try to update the BIOS of the computer.
