Make an installer

there u go i put some files in ,llb Hope that will help , you guys need to make .exe file to see my problem.

You forgot some files and a dll.... Your application is huge..

 

Check out the example I made for you to automatically update a VI path when you turn it into an exe. It may fix the problem.

And I hope you realize that you cannot select a pull-down menu (or do anything else) while any of your subVIs are running.

The VI that you are using to open the word file, is that something you found, something you wrote, or something that is part of an NI Toolkit? It seems like your problem is with this and I have no idea what is inside it. The Update Path VI is used to adjust the current VIs path to take into account whether or not the VI is running as a built app or in the development environment. If you are using Get Current VIs path in order to opne your word doc, then you should be using the Update Path VI.

Something i found somwhere in the forum , i dont remember , but i guess it is working well.

Could you try just make an installer with my files and see how it freezez up ?
