Your code has a Text File being read by a Read from Text File, and the values compared to the strings entered into the User and Password Controls. That's what is meant.
Have you thought about making a very simple demo to test your ideas? Have two Controls, "Real User" (where you store a value, say "Bob" and "User" (where you enter a value, ultimately comparing Real User with User) and a similar idea with "Real Password" and "Password". This code should be very simple to write (two comparisons and a boolean). Once you get this, you can go on with whatever you are trying to do with the Text File (what are you trying to do, incidentally?).
