Is there a way to make the abort execution icon invisible, when I deploy an application, I want the user to only use the STOP button I provide without the option to stop the program using the abort execution at the top.

If you go to File -> VI Properties, you can go to Windows Appearance and choose Dialog or any other customizable configuration that you please.
