MathScript Failed to compile

Solved!
Go to solution

I am trying to use a MathScript node in one of my LabVIEW VI's.  The script is simple: a few algebraic calculations, a short for loop, and a max() function.  I am sure there are no syntax errors because the script runs fin in MATLAB.  However, anytime I attempt to run the VI i receive this error - "MathScript Node: VI failed to compile."  I fear it may be an issue with the installation of MathScript because the MathScript window also seems to have some bugs (i.e. nothing happens when selecting "New Script" and the application window won't close).  Thanks.

  • Can you attach your code?
  • What is your LabVIEW version?
  • Do you have LabVIEW 32bit or 64bit?
  • The mathscript forum seems to be a better place for this discussion.

Thank you,  I did not know about the mathscript forum.  I was able to find a solution there.
