Mathematicl basics, How to do an expansion?

JohnnyRocket,

I would create a global VI and put data there as default values of array controls. Just drop a global VI reference when you need it on your diagrams.

I have tried your VI with C2H6 and it gives 0.978 for output index 30 and 0.022 for 31. Seems to work here...

My hats off to you once again, I didn't understand how to look for the output (ie. 30 & 31)
You truly are a wiz!

Thanks for all your help!!

Hehe, one other thing.
I am trying to out put the array to a waveform graph, it works, but I dont want a sloping curve at 30 and 31, I just want a straight line going up and down, one each at 30 and 31. Am trying an XY graph, but am unable to do this?
Any thoughts on this?

Thank you Mikael,

Now you know how to put me at work: just challenge me with a statement like "It doesn't appear that Labview is robust enough at mathematical calculations."... 😉

O.K.
My previous answer is stupid.

You can use Mathematics/Numeric Functions/Binomial Coefficients.

Look attached vi.
