Max 4.3 not load

Hi , I'm have labview 7.1 and on last day after long time I'm  not use Labview   I'm tray Load  Max 4.3  but the program not load

I'm have  tried repair and  reinstall max4.3  with ni daq 8.6 but the problem persist.

 what can to do yet?  Labview 7.1 work nice on same computer

Are you receiving an error when attempting to load Measurement and Automation Explorer?  Does the splash screen show up?  What Operating System are you using?
