Max is not able to find the database

Hello,

   I have a NI GPIB-USB-HS device and numerous pieces of test equipment that have GPIB interfaces. So I have connected the test equipment with GPIB cables and have fired up MAX to see the test equipment that I have. I have refreshed the confuguration tree and I keep geting the following message when I look at the devices and interfaces I get a "MAX Database connection error". I am using Labview 8.2.

  Any idea what I have hosed up?

In the most cases it helps to clear the MAX data folder, which is also descriped in this KB.
