Now i am doing the ECG calculation, and  i am totally stuck with it and  how to calculate the pulse rate and doing P-P measurement.

Advice and help are needed.

You can use wavelet-based peak detection to identify the peaks in ECG signals. Please refer to the article at http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/5432
