Good Day,
wonder if anyone out there knows how to configure HP3561A (FFT Analyzer) to measure in (Vrms/ sqrt Hz)

Daniel,

I've never used the HP3561A, but I imagine you could do the unit conversion in LabVIEW. Just an idea 🙂
