I want to say, that when I connect the real generator (GAG-810) insted of the LV generator to the circuit the measuring is fluent (the connection between the circuit and the input channels of the ADC is remained).

The question was: Does this behavior also occur when you just feed the output straight to the input? YES
The RMS is correct but the subtract of the phases not.
