Hi Clark,
As stated above this is almost certainly an issue with the security settings in Outlook. I did a little research on the Microsoft Office web site and found this document: http://www.outlookcode.com/d/sec.htm which discuss the email security in Outlook. I think that you will find information on disabling this error message here.

Is there a particular reason for using Outlook? A company name OstroSoft makes an ActiveX SMTP Component that is very slick, easy to use and free--and they aren't the only ones...

I am unable to run the VI. I am getting the following errors:
Property Node: Invalid Property
Property Node: Invalid refnum
Invoke Node: Invalid refnum class
Invoke Node: Invalid method
I am using Labview version 7.0
