My IT department upgraded me to 2015, and now I am no longer able to create installers for executable. I keep getting this message:
I do not have this anywhere, how do I fix this?

So they did have disks.
What did they do with them then?

Yes in this case get the DVDs, or copy them to a network location so everyone can have them.
And if you are feeling really proactive you can combine all the DVDs into one directory as mentioned here. Then have that sitting on a network drive, then you don't need to swap disks during the install, and if anyone needs it they know where it is. Another solution moving forward might be to download the web install. This allows you to pick the components you want to download. It then puts just those in one directory, and not all the other things you'll ever need. You can then put this smaller set of files on a network and accomplish the same thing.

Thell them to use the web based platform installer. It is great!
You select everything you want, and it will download and install all without much further interaction.
