Missing VI's

When we try and make a new code for the robot we end up missing .vi's. It seems to be looking for "WPI_JoystickClose.vs" and about 15 others just when we try and load the code up. We seem to have narrowed it down so that it seems to be in the rock robotics folder. However uppon further inspection of that folder there is none of these vi's with in the folder. Is there any other location in which they my be located or is our labview version broken. This is happening to a new untouched project, however sometimes when we make a new one it finds the vi's but others this error happens. Is this a labview bug or just something on our computer?

I tried looking that vi (WPI_JoystickClose.v s i) in google, it gives this link:

Are you sure these VIs should come with LabVIEW? If they are to be in the project folder (in the above project, in your rock robotics folder), they are not in vi.lib or other LabVIEW toolkit folder.It looks more like an independent toolkit, not a LabVIEW component.
