Missing remote system in MAX

I couldnt see the remote system section in MAX. 

I have checked the connection between my computer and the CRIO device, and I can see the CRIO on the web configuration.

Does anyone know how to fix the problem?

NI has developed this tool to help troubleshoot remote system discovery in MAX.  I would highly suggest giving it a try.
