Mobile Phone to LabView via USB communication

Hello mga bossing! ^^

I would like to ask if it is possible to connect mobile phone camera and LabView PC application via USB communication?

Basically, what we will do is create an android app, connect mobile to PC via USB and access the camera through that mobile application in LabVIEW.
