Mouse wheel doesn't scroll text scroll bar

Does anyone know how to get LabVIEW to recognize the wheel on the mouse?
When I roll the wheel the scroll bar for the text indicator doesn't respond.
The scroll bar only works by grabbing it.

You can find a utility here. I haven't tried it yet with LabVIEW 6.1.
