Multiple high speed data captures

I have a potential application under development that would require the ability to capture data from multiple sensors onto 1 PC and I am wondering if such a thing is possible.

At the moment we have 1 sensor per PC and they operate and up to 20kHz across 60 channels of the DAQ. Ideally, our customer would like the ability to have multiple sensors running on just 1 PC so my question is, is it theoretically possible to capture data simultaneously at the above rate from multiple sensors onto 1 PC. I appreciate this would require multiple DAQ cards - currently we stream the data to the hard disc before processing to avoid running out of memory - can we stream from multiple DAQ card data to the HD simultaneously?

If anyone can suggest any tips or techniques with regards to whether or not such a thing is possible I'd be very grateful.

Thanks in advance

This should be doable.
Do all 60 sensors need to be sampled at exactly the same time? all at 20Khz? If you could sacrifice the sampling you could use a multiplexing board and one DAQ card.
You may want to look at the M series DAQ boards like the 779295-01 NI PCI-6225 (80 Analog Inputs, 24 Digital I/O, 2 Analog Outputs) board.
