No, I am afraid not. All the PC cannot connect with RIO through network, but can connect directly through the RJ45 cable.

And what are the IP address of the RIO when connected to the network?

It's 10.0.180.105, which is read through NI MAX, although the status shown 'inconsitent IP settings' on NI MAX.

So you have: 

PC = 143.167.235.134

RIO = 10.0.180.105

 

Then they are not on the same subnet. 

If you stick with the PC settings of 143.167.235.134, then your RIO need to have a IP in the range of 143.167.235.1 to 143.167.235.254

 

If you stick with the RIO setting of 10.0.180.105, then your PC IP needs to be in the range of 10.0.180.1 to 10.0.180.254

Now, my PC's address is 143.167.182.188.  I tried to set my RIO's address to be 143.167.182.180. This really works. Thank you!
