My wishes for a "better" Labview

My comments are inserted in bold.

Improved "Clean up diagram"

- Clean up just one programming structure instead of the entire VI Yes I would like that

- Exclude certain programming structures from clean up                Another good one

- Stuff inside a "decoration" should stay inside it when cleaning up. Rearrangin inside the decoration ok, moving out of it not ok. Agreed

- Related: Attach comments to block diagram objects (when cleaning up the diagram, they get lost now) Known Bug. You can right-click and show label and put your comments there.

That's it for now, but I still have a lot of Labview to learn so I'm sure more will follow later Smiley Tongue.

You seem to have a fairly "loose" definition of what is a bug, especially given your later comment about the fonts. I don't see anything wrong with the cursor display. Besides, even if it were "ugly and useless", that's not within the commonly accepted definition of a "bug".

You are actually the first person I have met who like the new graph cursor display. As an example in the old one you could customize the display format. This is not possible in the new display. And yes it is so poor coded, so I considered to be a bug.
