There are two COM components rather then activex.
They are: NciaV5.dll for camera control and FX_MCFF_FC.dll for image conversion (because NAC camera saves images into a specific format and this dll converts images to jpg or others).
Make a search for this two but also try to ask NAC office for the library for SDK documentation and NAC Labview library.
