NI 5731 + PXI-7951R

hi everybody

I've got a question, i'm using a 5731 module, and i would like to select a line on the PORT0, for example, the data0 on PORT 0, and put it high. But i don't know how

i heard something about binary number to select the good line but i'm not sure how to do it.
