NI-CAN configure network interface Object error (Hex 0xBFF62023)

Dear Sir,

I have the troubleshooting about can comunication doesn't work.

NI-CAN error showed (Hex 0xBFF62023). This CAN board able to use with Windows 7 64-bit language English version but doesn't not work for Japanese language version. Could you please help me to solve the problem?

I'll try to change this trouble PC windows to english version. However, another PCI board which used with english version also doesn't work.

Is there have another solution that you can reccommned ?

So one more reason to setup the computer with a "default English" Windows!

It seems the hardware drivers have problems with your Japanese Windows setup. I'm no expert in such "low-level" details, and I prefer easy/pragmatic solutions…
