NI Error Reporting Interface 15.0 error when creating a LabVIEW 2013 installer package.

I am trying to create an installer in Labview.  After configuring the various items in the Category window and clicking on the Build button, I get a pop up widow titled "Select Source".  It says "Some installers you selected for this build are not available on this computer.  The preselected media below contain the required installers.  If you have the preselected media, click OK"

It is not clear what preselected media is, but the window indicates I need the NI-DAQmx 17.1.  I apparently do not have this so why is it asking me to click OK if I have it?

The message goes on to say, "If not, deselect the media you do not have and select the media you do have".

This makes no sense.  How do I even know what "media" I have or do not have.  It seems to be indicating I do not have the NI-DAQmx 17.1 media.

The message also says: "When the selected media contain all the required installers, click OK.  During the build you will be prompted for required media"

I do not understand any of this message and I am not sure what media I have and what installers I have.  The vi works on the laptop I am attempting to create the installer.  Can someone explain what exactly I am supposed to do?

Thanks in advance.

I reviewed the forum link, and it is not the same problem I am facing.  It is similar but not the same.  It also looks like more issues were posted than solutions.  I have the most recent LV2015 installed which seemed to be a solution for a few on the thread.

Based on the attached screenshot, what do I need to do next?

Thanks

Taking a guess that I need to install NI-DAQmx Runtime 17.1, I downloaded it and attempted to install.  It would not install.  See attached screenshot.
