NI FTP server : missing softlib folder ?

I need to install/reinstall labview patches and NI Update Service. The downloading pages of the website refers to installers located in ftp.ni.com/support/softlib but the softlib folder is missing when i browse ftp.ni.com with Filezilla

Ok, it was a bad proxy configuration of my computer internet settings.
