Hi,

Are you looking for DAQ assistant?

To get DAQ assistant with LabVIEW 7.0, You will ned to install NI DAQmx device drivers Version 8.0 or 8.1 (but supported on Windows 2000 or higher)

But since you are using Windows 98, the compatible DAQmx for Windows 98 is DAQmx 7.1 ( this also provides DAQ assistant).
