NI Labview installing error / NI Package Manager Installer Wrapper / code -125024

Hello,

I keep having an error when installing LabVIEW on a computer (using a custom installation procedure). The message (translated from french) is :

The installating of the "NI Package Manager Installer Wrapper" has failed, and sent the error code -125024 .

Does anyone knows what went wrong ? The same custom installer works perfectly on other computers...

It's a "Can't Open File: %1% (%2%)" error, but I don't see that it told you the file name.  Oh, well, another NIPM (I'm guessing NIPM 2019?) error.  Can you see the version number of NIPM?  I think the latest version is 19.5.1, so NI is busy, shall we say, "enhancing" it (some may say "fixing the bugs" ...).
