I update Windows 10 to B20H2 version and NI MAX v19.5 has stopped working, the devices show as disabled. After I update NI MAX and the devices remain disabled..

Have you tried resetting the MAX Database?

Not sure why the previous responder didn't provide you with this link ... How to Fix or Reset the MAX Database .
