NI Max Update

Hi all

Whene I use NI max ,it shows me a warnning message like is shown in  the picture below

any help please and thank you

I haven't come across this before, a few questions:

- What parameters are you trying to update

- What hardware are you trying to update (I am assuming you are setting parameters on a piece of hardware)

- Is the hardware ethernet, usb or PXI

- What version of MAX do you have

I didn't update anything that message appears whene I just open the NI Max , also after I refresh the page it appears a message like it shows in picture below

Again, could you translate that second message into English

Personally I don't have many suggestions here, someone else might come along with more info.

I would try repairing MAX using NIPM. This has fixed obscure errors like this for me in the past.

I've seen this.  The MAX database may be corrupted.  To fix it, go to Tools>Reset Configuration Data.  This rebuilds the instrument database.  A restart is required.

Ok , thank Sir your suggestion solve a problem but it caused a new one . After resetting the configuration ; nothing it appear one I try to add a new network peripheral as shown in picture below.

I'm not sure I understand.  When you try to Add Network Device, there is no dropdown selection?  If that's the case, you may need to do as Niatross suggested, and repair MAX.
