Dear sir,
I am facing an issue with NI MAX.
I'm using NI max version 15.0, and labview 2012, NI Visa 5.4.1 in windows 7
the issue started when i tried to communicate a "keysight E3634A" power supply which has only GPIB/HPIB interface for communication. I connected that instrument to my PC using a "Keysight USB 82357B ". I installed "keyight IO suite 17" as stand by mode in my pc. there is where the problems started. Now my NI max is showing some Visa error and all my other usb communication device are not showing NI MAX.
I tried all the possible ways, that mentioned in this community.
Tried Reparing NI MAX, NI Visa, Resetting NI Max Configuration. Uninstalling Keysight IO Suite. Setting Prefered VISA as NI VISA in conflict manager. Can anyone Please Help me.
