NI RFSG 18.1 installation error

I have installed LabVIEW 2015 SP1 using installer downloaded from NI Website. It does not have device drivers, so I have to install them separately. I am trying to install NI RFSG 18.1 (downloaded from NI website) But I receive the following error:-

Error NI-PAL 18.0 for 64-bit Windows

                  An error occurred while attempting to create the directory: C:\ProgramData\NationalInstruments\SharedMemory\platform\memory\sharedMemoryFiles

There are system requirements before you installed NI RFSG 18.1 which you can found in the link. 

"Note  NI-RFSG 18.1 is not compatible with NI-RFSA 2.6. Upgrade to NI-RFSA 2.7 or later before installing NI-RFSG 18.1."
