NI-RIO turns into ODBC?

When I load the NI-RIO 2.3 cd into my computer and click to install RIO drivers, it launches a Microsoft install for ODBC?  What's up with that??  Anyone?!?

Thats a little wierd.  Can  you drag and drop the CD contents to the desktop and run them without error?  How about downloading NI RIO 2.3 or NI RIO 2.3.1 and installing?

Extremely wierd.  I was able to launch the proper install by browsing to and running the setup.exe on the CD directly.  I just tried to launch the install again this morning on the same computer (just for kicks) and it still tries to run the ODBC setup.  Odd.
