NI Report Toolkit error -44106 in EXE only

Solved!
Go to solution

I created an executable application with LabView 2013 32bit, this application uses NI Report Toolkit to create Excel reports.

I run this application on several PC without issues (I use MS Office 32bit), on a single PC the application is not able to create reports, the PC uses the same executable as any other, same MS Office release, same bitness etc.

The only error detail I have is the value reported in Message Subject.

Anyone have hints?

No code. No images.  Nothing to work with.  I'm not even sure you gave the correct error code, as my search came up empty.  I did find info about error code 41106.

Yes I made a typo with the error code (my fault).. the correct code was 41106 as you pointed out... also the error description match even if I discovered an fixed it before I read your answer (that's anyway usefull). I don't know what happened to this PC but the workaround was to reinstall Office. But the most discouraging part is the fact that any time I install a new labview made application ActiveX bindings get corrupted and I need to reinstall Office again...
