This is strange... Go ahead and try upgrading to NI-DAQ 6.9.3 (you can download this from: http://digital.ni.com/softlib.nsf/websearch/50F49E43A22C0D2186256BF3006B9A96) and see if that helps. Do you have another SCXI-1520 that you can test this against? It sounds like the calibration constants are not being stored properly...

It fixed the problem (yipee), but now my VI can;t launch. All the SUB-VI's that it used cannot be found:
AI group config
AI hardware config
AI buffer config
AI clock config
AI parameter
AI start
AI clear
AI read
AI read scaled array
Convert Strain Gauge reading
Convert Strain Gauge reading (scalar)SCXI Strain Null
Device reset
etc. etc. etc.... 😞
