NI Sync PCI 1855 Initialization error

I installed the PCI 1855 board as well as drivers to my machine.  I opened the examples provided and first recieved and error but found on the message board that I had to put in the correct name shown in the Measurement and Automation program.  I put in this new name but now receive the error:

Error - 1074118646 occurred at niSync Initialize (IVI).vi

Driver Status: (Hex 0xBFFA400A) An error occurred while initializing the driver.

Not a very specific error and I'm having quite a time figuring it out, anyone have any ideas?

I tired searching the device on ni.com and was unable to locate it. Can you please post the link to the product page? Also, I found a KnowledgeBase article relating to the error you are receiving.
