NI Update manager not installing various updates (LV 2016 / 16.0f7 (32bit))

LV: 2016 / 16.0f7 (32bit)

After a recent fresh install of LV the update manager did install some updates, so in principle it seems to work.

It showed patch "F5", but that was not installable, supposedly a download error. More info below.

I manually downloaded patch "F7" and installed that just fine. I'm just interested in "critical updates", as we must remain with the current major version of LV.

The last error message translates to:

"An error occured in the NI Update Service while downloading one of the selected updates. Try again later or contact support."

Are there any logfiles indicating what and why has failed?
