Need help, where can I find NI-VISA V3.1 - 4.0 for Windows?

Or maybe someone has this version?

This software was released about 20 years ago -- maybe you should contact National Instruments and see if they can send you a floppy (which was how LabVIEW was distributed at that time) with the VISA drivers.

Are you running a Windows 2000 or XP computer? Why would you want to install such a really extremely old version? It absolutely certainly won't install on a recent Windows system.

Old stuff could be found on NI's FTP server, in the old times.

Now VISA for Windows can be found here :

Including versions from 2.01 to 4.4,

Look around there. There is a wealth of old stuff for those inclined to use such.
