It should be Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs

Select NI software and then remove the NI-VISA and any other Drivers which are mismatched from your working system.

Then reinstall the same versions that are on your working systems.

i think i solved the problem by removing the ni-DMM functions on systems that doesn't uses this card.
