NI VISA run time for WinXP/7 and 32bit/64bit

Need a VISA run time engine for
Windows XP 32 bit AND
Windows XP 64 bit AND
Windows 7 32 bit AND
Windows 7 64 bit

The calling process has been built in 32 bit mode. This process works for all 4 of above combinations

Can one VISA run time engine work for all 4 operating systems?

If not, what is the alternative?
How many run time engines will the calling process has to deal with.
Please provide matrix for above 4 combinations.

Yes, I should not have had 64bitXP.

The download VISA runtime 502 worked with

32bitWinXP

32bitWin7

64bitWin7

It did not work with 64bitWinXP (as expected)
