NI-cRIO-9042 + NI 9853: can not receive a frame when running CAN Basic.lvproj.

Dear All,

When I ran the standard example "CAN Basic.lvproj" in NI-cRIO-9042 + NI 9853 after connecting CAN0 with CAN1 via a cable, everything seemed OK because all compilation and deployment worked well. Unfortunately, nothing happened and the panel for receiving remained unchanged, although I clicked the "transmit" button repeatedly. I would be greatly grateful if someone could make some suggestions or possible problems. Thanks in advance.

It would be interesting to know which cable are you using for the loopback test. Make sure your setup has the correct termination set: My CAN Device is Failing to Communicate or is Inconsistent at High Baud Rates. Also note how the CAN1 interface of the NI 9853 requires external power: NI 9853 Getting Started Guide.
