NI package manager installation

I can't install the NI package manager when I am trying to install LabVIEW. It comes up with the following error attached in the picture. Did I make an error when I removed it or what is the problem? I have have no idea how to fix this issue so if someone can help me I would really appreciate it

This sounds worrisome, especially the phrase "when I removed it".  There is a specific way that LabVIEW 2019 and 2020 must be installed, and an equally specific way that LabVIEW can be (safely) removed.  You haven't given the details of what you did, but it sounds like you did at least one "removal" -- if you did a "brute force" removal, then the safest way to proceed is to backup all of your files, gather your installation disks, replace (or reformat) your C: Drive, reinstall Windows 10, reinstall your other applications, reinstall your Documents, and then install LabVIEW properly.

Can you give a more detailed explanation of your Installation and Uninstallation history of LabVIEW on your machine?

• What kind of machine?  PC or Mac?  How much memory?  How much free disk space?
• What version(s) of LabVIEW (and 32- or 64-bit) were installed previously?
• What version(s) of LabVIEW were you trying to install?
• How did you do the "removal"?  Describe in detail, including how many passes you made in the process.

P.S. -- several years ago, when NIPM was first released, I did "uninstallations" (the wrong way) on two of my machines.  Both underwent a reformat of C:, and I now really know better ...

1. Windows PC, 128gb c drive with 11gb free disk space. 

2. I previously had the 2019 version and removed it and I wanted to install the 2020 version. 

3. LabVIEW 2020

4. I received a different error with trying to installing the 2020 version and I was advised to remove it again and try again. So I removed all files in the package manager, and then I deleted also all the files on the c drive as I thought this may be a problem. So I deleted all paths in the c drive.

11 GB of free space!!!  You need a bigger hard driver.  Period.

I agree with Bill, 128 GB of drive space on the C:\ drive is just way too small for computers nowadays.

256 GB was too small for my PC.  I replaced it with a 1 TB SSD.

The point here is: I don't even know if the LabVIEW installer can fit all its temp files into 11 GB of space.

I know 128gb is not a lot but I just use it to run the program and the rest I save to the D drive which is 1TB. And LabVIEW said I require 6gb free disk space so the disk space is not an issue.

LabVIEW needs to expand its installation files somewhere.  I'm surprised your PC even runs with only 11 GB - pre-LabVIEW install attempt - free HDD space.
